Levan Kvanchiani joined the LCC team in May 2016 as a lawyer. After opening Tbilisi branch of the LCC, from September 2016 Levan is the Director of Tbilisi Office. He is one of the most competent specialists in labor, tax, private international, administrative and bordering fields of law.

Levan Kvanchiani has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law, and subsequently L.L.M. with honors, from the Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law. While studying in the University, Levan attended a number of local and international professional development programs and trainings.

Levan Kvanchiani has many years of practice and experience in both, public and private sectors. In 2011-2012 he worked in the Office of Public Defender of Georgia, Department of Justice. In 2013-2014 he worked as a Senior Adviser to the Administration Department of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. From 2014 to 2016 he worked as a senior specialist/lawyer in LEPL the National Agency of Public Registry, Ministry of Justice.

Levan Kvanchiani also has significant court practice in civil and administrative cases. He is a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2009, having General Specialization.

Levan Kvanchiani is fluent in his native Georgian, as well as in English and Russian, with a good command of the French language.
