KRISTINE RUSIDZE
Lawyer
Kristine became the member of LCC team in January 2022. Her practice areas include corporate law, labour law administrative law, private international law, registration of corporate and non-commercial legal entities, drafting and analyzing various corporate and contractual legal documents, citizenship and residence issues of individuals.
Kristine earned her bachelor’s degree from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law in 2011. In 2014 she earned her Master’s degree from the University of Georgia, Faculty of Law.
Prior joining LCC team, Kristine was working as a lawyer for various law firms and business organizations. She has extensive experience working in the insurance, corporate and related fields. Kristine also has experience working in the public service, in 2011-2012 she was an employee of the Batumi Public Service Hall – National Agency of Public Registry. Accordingly, her professional knowledge, experience and skills cover both private and public law.
Kristine has passed the Civic Education Teacher Qualification Exam and is an acting teacher. Consequently, in addition to her professional work, she is also engaged in pedagogical activities.
In addition to her native Georgian, Kristine is fluent in English and Russian languages, as well as French at a communicative level.
