The ministry of Justice initiated new draft law on amendments in Labor Code. Draft amendments are related to increase the conditions of women work. In 25th of August in Civil Engagement Center in Batumi the draft was discussed on meeting with regional companies. Meeting was organized by Ajara Representation of Georgian Employers’ Association (GEA). Legal Consulting Center was represented on the meeting as the expert organization in Labor Legislation.
LCC is actively involved in discussion process of draft law as well as in all discussions of any amendments regarding labor, tax, entrepreneurs and related law. GEA with LLC and other involved companies will prepare the remarks to draft and present to Ministry of Justice.
