Corporate client and partner of Legal Consulting Center (LCC) A R Meridians LLC started construction a new multifunctional complex ”White Sails” in Batumi.
On September 24, 2015 A R Meridians large-scale project “White Sails’” presentation was held in Batumi new boulevard on the construction area of the complex. The presentation was attended by the Minister of the Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Chairmen of the Government of Ajara, Mayor of Batumi and other official persons, media and private entities.
The complex will include two five-star hotels and six apart-hotels. The construction is one of the biggest development projects in Georgia.
At the end of presentation partnership contract has been signed between A R Meridians and Interstates Hotels and Resorts. The Interstates Hotels and Resorts are one of the prime hotel and resorts Management Company globally.
LCC as partner of A R Meridians will provide full legal consulting and support to A R Meridians and its partner companies in construction of the complex “White Sails”.
